Hello readers. I am UMass Amherst journalism student in Professor Steve Fox’s multimedia journalism class. As part of our class assignments and in participation with the global collaborative reporting project (College Journ), we will be keeping blogs discussing health care.

MediGal will focus on both women’s health on a local scale in the town of Amherst and at UMass Amherst and on a national level– how will female reproductive rights be affected by the Health Care Reform Bill?
